Dot2Dot | Greece
Dot2Dot is a social cooperative enterprise in Thessaloniki, Greece, active in culture, experiential tourism, research, and education since 2013. They create alternative-themed tours, educational activities, workshops, cultural events, and research projects. As pioneers of experiential tours, they reintroduce Thessaloniki and nearby destinations, offering unique experiences. Dot2Dot’s goal is to creatively express history, art, and culture, promoting regional tourism and memorable experiences. They aim to be leaders in culture and experiential tourism, inspiring new business endeavors and staying true to their belief that culture, art, and education are for everyone.

Sud Concept, founded in 2008, is a consultancy and training cooperative in Corsica-PACA and overseas. They focus on vocational training, project support, public policy evaluation, and social innovation. Working with regional authorities, they promote employment and skill development. Partnering with Pole Emploi, they offer skills assessments, job coaching, and validation of non-formal learning. Recognized with the Qualiopi qualification, Sud Concept creates innovative educational tools. They also provide sustainable tourism training and collaborate with HORECA managers in Southern Corsica to identify future training needs.
Governorship of Istanbul | Turkey
The Governorship of Istanbul (GOI) is the highest administrative authority in the city. It serves in various fields and has about 2050 civil servants. It is in charge of regulating and supervising general administration in İstanbul. GOI implements instructions and orders from ministries, ensuring the promulgation of government decisions and the implementation of laws and regulations.
National and international projects are carried out by the European Union and Foreign Relations Office on behalf of GOI.
Priority is given to supporting disadvantaged groups such as people with disabilities, immigrants, NEETs, and unemployed adults within the projects. In this context, GOI cooperates with several public institutions, universities, training centers, vocational education centers, and NGOs for youth and adults. GOI provides training on topics needed through its Continuing Education Center.
